This makes a nice big batch. I got thus recipe when I lived in Colorado.

Ingredients

1 lb butter or margarine
2 c brown sugar
2 c white sugsr
4 eggs
2 c oats, uncooked
2 c rice krispies
4 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 c pecans, chopped
1 lb bag chocolate chips

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients and drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes about 7 dozen.
