3 cups unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup orange juice
2 packages (3 ounces each) raspberry gelatin
1-1/2 cups lemon-lime soda

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring applesauce and orange juice to a boil. Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Slowly add soda. , Pour into a 6-cup mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold onto a serving platter.

1 pkg (6 oz.) strawberry gelatin
1 c boiling water
2 c frozen unsweetened strawberries
2 c applesauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice

Steps:

  • 1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • 2. Stir in the frozen strawberries until thawed and separated.
  • 3. Add applesauce and lemon juice to strawberry mixture.
  • 4. Pour into an 11 x 7 pan; chill until set.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry gelatin
2 cups cranberry juice, boiling
1 1/2 cups club soda, chilled
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberry
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in the boiling cranberry juice. Let stand 10 minutes.
  • Stir in club soda and lemon juice.
  • Refrigerate for 45 minutes until partially set.
  • Fold in berries to gelatin mixture.
  • Pour into a 6-cup ring mold that has been coated with non-stick spray.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or until completely set.
  • Unmold onto a pretty plate or platter (you can even line it with lettuce leaves if you want to decorate it a bit - remember the 70's?).
  • Fill center of the ring mold with extra fresh berries if desired.

I make this a few times a year in December and November as a tribute to my Grandmother. This was her signature family recipe and we often make it on Christmas or Thanksgiving in remembrance of her.

1 cup hot water
2 (6 ounce) packages raspberry Jell-O gelatin
1 (18 ounce) jar applesauce
1 (8 ounce) package frozen raspberries

Steps:

  • Mix the hot water and Jello together. Stir very very well.
  • Add nearly the whole medium-sized jar of applesauce and the raspberries.
  • Put in a circular mold (similar to a bundt pan) and chill overnight to set.

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup half-and-half cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package (3 ounces) raspberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed
Fresh raspberries, optional

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. In a small saucepan, combine half-and-half and sugar. Cook and stir just until mixture comes to a simmer. Remove from the heat; stir into gelatin until dissolved. , In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in gelatin mixture. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a 6-cup mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate until set but not firm, about 45 minutes., In a small bowl, dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in raspberries until blended. Carefully spoon over cream cheese layer.
