Another quick breakfast drink. When there's no time for nothing else, but still getting all the vitamins you need for the day. Deliciossso!!!

2 green apples, cubed
2 red apples, cubed
1 cup oatmeal
1 tablespoon real honey
4 cups milk
ice cube, to taste
1 apple, sliced

Steps:

  • Add in blender cored and cubed apples, oatmeal, honey, ice cubes and milk.
  • Blend well.
  • Pour into large tall glass.
  • Decorate with sliced apples.

Made with warm spices, like cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg along with filling oats, this smoothie is a healthy and delicious way to get in some apples for breakfast.

1 cup roughly chopped apple, like honeycrisp
2 tablespoons dried mulberries (optional, but worth it)
3 tablespoons rolled oats or quick cooking oats
1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup apple cider or apple juice (unsweetened)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup ice

Steps:

  • Add the apple, mulberries (if using), oats, and sunflower seed butter to the blender along with cinnamon and nutmeg. Then pour in apple cider and milk. Blend till smooth. Add 1 cup of ice, blending till smooth and frothy. Serve immediately!

6 ounces cashew milk
¼ cup gluten-free oats
4 cubes ice, or more to taste
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Core apple and cut into chunks. Place in a blender with cashew milk, oats, ice, protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  • Blend until smooth.

Good morning to the old-fashioned goodness of oatmeal baked a new-fashioned way with tart apples.

2 2/3 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup raisins
4 cups milk
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 medium apples, chopped (2 cups)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, if desired
Additional milk, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In 2-quart casserole, mix oats, raisins, 4 cups milk, the brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, salt and apples.
  • Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until most liquid is absorbed. Top with walnuts. Serve with additional milk.

3 cups old-fashioned oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 large eggs
2 cups fat-free milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large apple, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower kernels or pepitas

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix the first five ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, milk, syrup, oil and vanilla until blended; stir into dry ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in apple., Transfer to an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with sunflower kernels. Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until set and edges are lightly browned.

  • Bring milk to a light simmer in a heavy saucepan OR warm it up in the microwave. You want it hot, but not boiling. Transfer to a pitcher or bowl, add the dates and hazelnuts and let them soak like this for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Transfer oats to your blender. Blend on high until they resemble coarse flour. Add the dates, hazelnuts and milk and keep blending until smooth. Add the apples, banana, cinnamon and honey and keep blending until completely pureed and smooth. Taste and check the consistency, see if you need more milk or maybe more honey.
  • Divide smoothie between two glasses (if making this for two). Add a straw with apple chips to each one. Lastly, in a bowl, stir together the oats and honey and top the smoothies with this. Serve.
