- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place ciabatta halves on a small baking sheet. Spread bottom half with hot pepper jelly. Place turkey, apple, and brie on top of jelly. Bake in preheated oven until brie melts and top half of roll is light golden brown, about 3 minutes. Remove from oven and place arugula on top of brie. Brush top half of roll with mustard and place on top of arugula to make a sandwich. Serve hot or at room temperature.

- Place the apple slices in a bowl and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon. Toss to coat. Place in the microwave and heat on high for 45-60 seconds until warm and softened, but still a bit firm.
- Lay a wrap flat on a cutting board and sprinkle 1.5 oz of cheese down the center, leaving space at each end to fold over. Top the cheese with 2 oz of the cooked chicken, half of the cinnamon apples, and one slice of bacon. Fold the short ends on either side over the filling, and then fold one of the long edges (parallel to the contents) over the filling and continue to roll until completely wrapped. Repeat these steps with the remaining ingredients.
- Mist a large skillet or grill pan with cooking spray and bring over med-low heat. When the pan it hot, add the wraps seam side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until the underside is golden. Flip the wraps over and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until both sides are golden and the contents are heated through. Cut in half and serve warm.

- Lay the Flatout flatbread on a clean, dry surface and lay the torn lettuce down the center of the flatbread going the long way (starting at the rounded end and spreading down the length of the flatbread to the other rounded end). You can leave a bit of space at each end as you’ll be folding them over, and you do not need to cover the whole flatbread, just an area down the middle. Top the lettuce with the sliced deli turkey and the cheddar cheese. *Make sure to leave an inch or so of room at each end.*
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper and stir until well combined. Add the apples and coleslaw and stir to coat. Lay the apple/coleslaw mixture on top of the other ingredients layered on the wrap.
- Fold in the rounded ends of the flatbread over the filling. Then fold one of the long edges over the filling and continue to roll until the wrap is completely rolled up. Cut in half and serve.
