APPLE SLUSH
I mixed together a few everyday staples that I had in the refrigerator to create this dessertlike beverage. If you like things a little tart, substitute cranberry juice for the apple juice. You can also use other flavors of yogurt, too, such as blueberry or cherry. -Wendy Ball, Battle Creek, MI

Steps:
- Place the applesauce, yogurt and apple juice concentrate in a blender; cover and process until blended. While processing, add a few ice cubes at a time until mixture achieves desired thickness. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Serve immediately.

- In Blender add ice, concentrate, water and vanilla. Blend until icee. Start with 2 cups of water, if your blender will not blend slowly add another cup. Be cautious not to add to much water.
- Open can of coconut cream, scoop out top layer of cream into a bowl. Discard clear liquid at bottom of can. Add 2 TBS of each juice into coconut cream and beat until creamy. Add more juice till reaches your desired consistency. If you like a more liquid sweet cream add more juice. If you like a thicker cream add less.
