I wanted to copycat the Starbucks Refreshers® canned spritzers. This makes 12 ounces and uses green tea instead of green coffee extract. It's close. Adjust the juice to your taste. Store extra green tea concentrate in the fridge.

Ingredients

4 green tea bags
1 cup boiling water
ice cubes
6 fluid ounces club soda
3 fluid ounces pomegranate-grape juice cocktail

Steps:

Steep tea bags in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Set tea concentrate aside to cool.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour club soda, juice cocktail, and 3 ounces of the tea concentrate over the ice cubes; stir.

Steps:

Puree the raspberries in a food processor or blender. Divide raspberry puree among four glasses. Fill glasses with carbonated water. Place a straw in the glass and serve.

6 cups apple cider or juice
8 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)
2 lemon zest strips
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
8 whole cloves
4 slices red apple, cored and cut in half

Steps:

In a large saucepan, combine the apple cider, cinnamon sticks, lemon zest and nutmeg. Insert a clove into each apple slice; add to cider., Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1 minute. Discard lemon zest strip. Ladle into mugs.

In a teapot, pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and steep for 5 minutes. Remove bags. Stir in cranberry juice and sugar. Pour into glasses. Garnish with apple slices if desired.
