APPLE PIE MONKEY BREAD

Steps:
- In a large bowl, pour the apple filling in and use a knife to run through the mixture until the apples are all cut into small bite sized pieces.
- Mix the pie filling with the sugars, flour, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and butter.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters or smaller.
- Mix the biscuits into the apple mixture and stir well to coat.
- Spray a bundt pan generously with cooking spray and then pour the mixture into the pan.
- Bake at 350?F for 40-50 minutes or until the bread is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and while it is still hot invert the pan and remove the monkey bread to prevent sticking.
- Make the glaze by mixing the sugar and cinnamon. Add the vanilla and then mix in milk until the glaze reaches the desired consistency.
- Drizzle the glaze over the top of the monkey bread.
- Serve warm. Enjoy!

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with shortening or cooking spray. Set aside icing tubs from cinnamon rolls. Separate each can of dough into 5 rolls; cut into quarters. Place apple in small bowl. In another small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Add 1/4 cup sugar mixture to apple; toss to coat. Sprinkle half of apple pieces in pan. Roll half of dough pieces in sugar mixture; place on apples in pan. Sprinkle with remaining apple pieces. Roll remaining dough pieces in sugar mixture; place on apples. Pour melted butter over top. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown across top. Cool 10 minutes; run knife around edge of pan to loosen. Place heatproof serving plate over pan and turn over; remove pan. Cool 10 minutes longer. Drizzle reserved icing over top of bread, allowing some to drizzle down sides. Pull apart to serve; serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large resealable bag, combine the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the biscuit pieces, seal the bag and shake until they are completely coated with the sugar mixture.
- Place chopped apples in a large bowl, along with lemon juice. Toss to coat apples completely. Add the brown sugar and stir until it is absorbed by the apples.
- Layer the bottom part of the prepared pan with half of the apple mixture. Top with half of the biscuits and repeat with remaining apples and biscuits. Pour the melted butter evenly over the top.
