- Pour the vodka, schnapps, lemonade, and soda into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a lime wedge and maraschino cherry to serve.

APPLE PIE MARTINI
Steps:
- Add water to a shallow dish wide enough for the rim of your glass. In another shallow dish, add cinnamon sugar.
- Dip rim of glass in water, and then in cinnamon sugar. Leave it upside down in the cinnamon sugar until you're ready for it.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the whipped cream vodka, apple pie liqueur and Rum Chata. Shake until chilled and pour into prepared glass.
- Garnish with a sprinkling of apple pie spice or ground cinnamon.
- Enjoy!

- Step 1: In a large pot (large enough to hold about 2 1/2 gallons of liquid) pour in the gallon of apple juice, the gallon of apple cider, brown sugar, white sugar, and the cinnamon sticks.
- Step 2: Bring the pot to a rolling boil on high heat. Stir until all of the sugar has dissolved itself into the liquid.
- Step 3: Remove the pot from the burner and let it cool down. While cooling down add in the 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract and the 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon and stir it a few times. Put a lid on the pot and let it cool for about 2 hours. It needs to be luke warm! Not HOT before you can continue to the next step.
- Step 4: Pour in the Everclear or 151. If the liquid mixture inside the pot is still HOT the Everclear will evaporate. Make sure it is is only luke warm before pouring this in. Otherwise you will have non-alcoholic Apple Pie!
- Step 5: Using a ladle take the liquid from the now cooled down pot and pour it into the mason jars. Fill them 3/4 full. Once all of the jars are filled cut up the 4 Apples into slices (you can use an apple cutter for this part) put a slice of the apple into the jar and then seal with the lid.
- Step 6: Refrigerate if wanting to drink cold or heat for 2 minutes in the microwave for a hot apple pie drink. The Apple Pie Drink stays good for over a year if canned and sealed properly. Take a sharpie marker and write the date that you sealed the jars on the lid so you know whether it's still good.

- In a large stock pot, combine the apple cider, apple juice, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and apple pie spice. Bring to almost a boil. Cover the pot with a lid and reduce heat. Simmer for one hour. Remove the pot from heat and allow the mixture to cool.
- Once cool, remove the cinnamon sticks. Stir in the grain alcohol and vodka. Transfer the apple pie moonshine into sterilized quart jars or bottles and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
- The Apple Pie Moonshine can be enjoyed immediately. However, for the best flavor, store in the jar with a lid in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks before drinking. Shake well before serving.

Playing with drink recipes again! A nice Fall Drink! Forget the fall, this is an anytime drink! Today is May 21,04 I just made this again and posted the picture with these changes, without the soda, I dipped the apple garnish into my caramel sauce recipe #77540, dipped the rim into the caramel then dipped into frosted flakes and candied walnuts put through my coffee grinder. So Yummy and dangerous!!!! I asked 2 different bar tenders to make this drink for me. One at Applebees and the other at Catch 22 both in NJ. The Applebees bartender at first said he didn't have the ingredients but then he I told him he had apple schnapps, vanilla vodka and buttershots schnapps he went and made better then I did. He swirled caramel on the inside of the glass his own doing (Can you believe I didn't have to tell him to do that) and dipped the rim into cinnamon and sugar my telling him. He had no problem making this drink for me and invited my husband and I back on the nights he works. The bartender at Catch 22 didn't like making something new at first but he came accustom very fast when everyone was trying my drink and going up and asking him for one.($8.00 a drink he was charging). He made out on me! But it was worth it! So if you want skip the splash of soda! It really doesn't need it!

- Shake the bourbon, triple sec, caramel syrup and egg white together in a cocktail shaker until your arm hurts?this step is called a dry shake. If you're using an egg white it's the most important step because the egg white has to break down before adding the ice! Add ice to the shaker and shake until cold. Strain into a martini glass. Top with cinnamon and a Cinnamon Sugar Straw.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Using a knife, square off 4 sides of the pie dough. Brush a layer of egg wash over the dough and sprinkle with the turbinado sugar and cinnamon. Cut the dough into 1/2-inch-wide strips. (The strips should be at least 7 inches long to lay across a 5-inch wide martini glass.)
- Bake for 30 minutes, and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before adding to a martini glass.
