- Preheat oven to 425°. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon; reserve 1 tablespoon. On a lightly floured surface, unroll pie crusts; roll and trim each to an 8-in. square. Brush with 2 tablespoons butter; sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture. Cut each square into eight 1-in. strips., Cut each apple into 8 wedges; wrap 1 strip of pastry around each wedge, placing sugared side of pastry against the apple., Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush tops with remaining butter; sprinkle with reserved sugar mixture. Bake 13-15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Serve warm, with caramel sauce if desired.

EASY APPLE PIE BITES RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: puff pastry, handful pecans, butter, brown sugar, apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, allspice

Steps:
- Stir all of the 'spice mix' ingredients together.
- Roll the puff pastry out and cut some rough isosceles triangle shapes from it.
- Take a thick slice of apple, dip it into the melted butter and place on the end of the pastry.
- Scatter a teaspoon of brown sugar over the pastry. Pour some roughly chopped pecans on top of that. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of spice mix over all of that.
- Starting at the apple segment, roll the pastry until everything is wrapped into a neat little package.
- Bake in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes - 180°C (350°F) Gas Mark 4.
- Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before eating because the contents are hot!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine apples, sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, and butter in a bowl.
- Wet all edges of wonton wrappers with water. Place 1 tablespoon of apple mixture in center of each wonton. Fold all 4 corners of wonton to the middle. Squeeze together.
- Brush egg white onto the wonton wrappers and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon. Place wontons on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

- 1. preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2. Pour melted butter over cubed apples in a bowl and mix
- 3. Mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in apples
- 4. take pie crusts and cut them into circles big enough to cover the apple cubes.
- 5. place the apple mixture into the cutout pie crust. close the drop by sealing all the edges together
- 6. place drops onto a cookie sheet and bake for 30 mins or until golden brown.
- 7. take the drops out of the oven and immediately sprinkle sugar over the drops. let cool. Enjoy
