Steps:
- If using a fresh apple chop it into small bits.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a mixer or spoon.
- Dust a flat surface with flour and roll or press out the dough until it is about ¼-inch thick.
- Using a cookie cutter, cut out as many shapes as possible. If the dough is too sticky to roll out, add a little more oat flour. Gather the dough scraps and re-roll as necessary until all the dough is used.
- Place the cutout treats on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and form them into dough. Roll out the dough and cut out your favorite shapes for the cookies. If you do not have a cookie cutter, don't worry, use anything that can form a shape. Place the cookies on a greased cookie sheet. Since there is no leavening agent used, you can put the cookies very close together. Bake for 15 minutes. For crunchier cookies, turn off the oven and leave the cookies in there for another 30 minutes. Cool cookies on a wire rack. Store in a seal-tight container
