Apple-Crumble Parfait in a Jar image

Cook a mixture of apples, cinnamon and honey for Apple-Crumble Parfait in a Jar! These adorable parfaits feature layers of cinnamon-laced apples, honey-sweetened cream cheese and granola. Give an Apple-Crumble Parfait in a Jar to your kiddos for a fun after-dinner treat.

1 Tbsp. butter
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, chopped
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp. honey, divided
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 crisp granola bar, lightly crushed

Steps:

  • Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add apples; cook 8 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add cinnamon and 1 Tbsp. honey; mix well. Cook and stir 2 min. or until apples are tender and lightly browned.
  • Spoon into 4 (8-oz.) jars; cover with lids. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Mix cream cheese and remaining honey until blended; spoon over apples. Top with granola.

2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Steps:

  • 1/3 cup softened butter or margarine.
  • 4 sliced tart apples.
  • Preheat oven to 375. Butter an baking dish/pan.
  • Place the apple slices in the baking dish. Pour the contents of the jar into a bowl. Add the butter to the jar mix and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of the apples. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
  • Makes 8 servings.
