- In a small glass dish, whisk together 1/2 cup almond milk and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl sift together the dry ingredients: 1 cup whole wheat flour, rolled oats, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom, and 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger.
