SPARKLING APPLE CIDER SANGRIA
Steps:
- Put the apple cider, cognac and apples in a large pitcher and stir to combine. Chill for at least an hour.
- Stir most of the pomegranate seeds into the mixture, reserving a few for garnish. Pour in the cava. Pour the sangria into glasses and garnish each with a few pomegranate seeds.

This is the best fall sangria! Lightly sweetened and made with apple cider and appel vodka. You will love this recipe! It's perfect for a fall gathering.

Steps:
- Slice the apples and oranges.
- Add all of the ingredients into a pitcher, including the slices and a sprig of thyme. Give it a good stir.
- Let the sangria sit in the refrigerator for 2 to 8 hours.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the ice. Get a couple pieces of fruit in each glass as well.
- Garish with thyme and a cinnamon stick.

Rub a slice of orange around the rim of each glass. Dip the rim into the bowl of cinnamon sugar and twist to ensure even coverage.
