1 tablespoon sliced fresh gingerroot

1 medium navel orange, peeled + cut into wedges
1 medium grapefruit, peeled + cut into wedges
1 lemon, freshly-squeezed
2 pears, peeled + halved
2 inches ginger roots, peeled + slightly crushed
2 cinnamon sticks

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher, add all ingredients and using a wooden spoon, mix everything together a bit before covering pitcher with plastic wrap and placing it in the refrigerator overnight. This allows for the fruit to fully infuse.
  • To serve-add infused water (with fruit if desired) to prepared glass(es), grab a straw, sip, and enjoy!
