An amaretto sour had always been one of my favorite cocktails. This version has a special touch that makes it perfect for enjoying throughout the holiday season. -Amber Forbes, Roper, North Carolina

Number Of Ingredients 5

3/4 cup amaretto
4 cups apple cider, chilled
1/4 cup lemon juice
6 lemon slices
6 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)

Steps:

  • Fill six highball glasses with ice. Pour 2 tablespoons amaretto into each. Stir together apple cider and lemon juice until well mixed. Divide evenly among glasses. Serve each with a lemon slice and cinnamon stick.
