Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325ºF.
- Scrub the skin of the ham with cold water. Pat dry. Place the ham, fat side up, on a rack in a pan. Add a little water. Bake the ham according to the directions on the package or follow the table below.
- A thermometer will register 165ºF when the ham is cooked.
- Remove the ham from the oven. Remove the rind (skin) by loosening with a sharp knife as the rind is pulled gently up from the ham.
- Score the fat into a diamond shape using a sharp knife. Do not cut too deeply or you will expose the meat and it can dry out.
- You can stick a whole clove into each of the places where the cuts meet. Glaze ham with your favorite ham glaze recipes.
- Bake the ham at 400ºF to brown and set the glaze.
- For smaller hams, please see the table below.
BAKED HAM AND CHEESE OMELET
This baked omelet is easy as whisking together eggs, milk, ham, cheese, green onions, and baking. It's great for breakfast, holiday brunches, family get togethers, or as breakfast-for-dinner when you want to change things up. If you're not into ham, try bacon or sausage. Or make it vegetarian by omitting the meat and adding mushrooms and extra veggies like bell peppers or tomatoes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F and spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
- To a large bowl add the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and whisk to combine.
- Add 1 cup cheese, ham, green onions, and stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Evenly sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake for about 55 to 60 minutes (I baked 58 minutes), or until eggs are cooked and omelet is set. Because all ovens and pans vary, start checking at 40 minutes and bake until done.
- Garnish with green onions to taste and serve immediately. Omelet is best warm and fresh but extra will keep airtight in the fridge for up to 4 days; reheat gently.

Steps:
- Trim ham if needed, then place in slow cooker. Combine melted butter and honey, then massage over ham, getting in between the slices a little. Cover and cook on LOW 4-5 hours.
- At the end of the cooking time, preheat broiler to HIGH, and line a roasting pan with heavy duty aluminum foil.
- Combine sugar, seasoned salt, onion powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, ground cloves, paprika and allspice in a small bowl. Pat half of the sugar mixture over the top of the ham.
- Broil for several minutes, until bubbly and caramelized, then remove from oven.
- To a small saucepan, add remaining sugar mixture. Add 3 Tbsp of either water or ham juices from bottom of the slow cooker. A combination of water/ham juice and bourbon is a nice alternative! Stir, and heat to a boil. Boil for about a minute, then remove from heat.
- Brush or pour glaze over the ham, then broil again for a minute or two (careful... don't let it burn!). Remove from oven and let ham rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold and enjoy!
