LITTLE BITS
These are bite-sized cheesecakes and are so-o good! The centers of these tiny treats fall with baking forming an indentation that is just right to fill with sour cream. Recipe came from an old Sunset magazine.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter the cups of a mini-muffin pan and coat generously with graham cracker crumbs; set aside.
- Cream egg yolks, sugar, and cream cheese until fluffy. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into creamed mixture.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture into muffin tins, filling three-fourths full. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Cool 10 to 15 minutes. Carefully remove from muffin tins; spoon 1 teaspoon Sour Cream Filling into each indentation. Store in refrigerator.
- To make Sour Cream Filling: Combine all ingredients in a 9-inch pieplate; stir well. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Stir will, and bake an additional 3 minutes. Makes 1 cup.

SOFT -CHEWY PEANUT BUTTER DROP COOKIES

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. I have listed the ingredients I used to make these cookies. Cream the butter and peanut butter in a large bowl.
- 2. Beat until mixture is creamy and smooth.
- 3. Add in both sugars, Vanilla bean paste or extract, and eggs. Then beat until blended together.
- 4. Add in 1/3 of the sifted flour mixture, and beat, then add in some of the milk and beat again.
- 5. Chop peanuts until broken into small pieces or use a kitchen hammer or food processor.
- 6. Now add another 1/3 of the flour, along with the chopped peanuts & milk.
- 7. Add in the remaining flour.Beat until batter is creamy and smooth. Grease or spray several large cookie sheets with cooking spray, and drop cookie dough onto sheet pans with a teaspoon, or if you prefer larger cookies use a tablespoon. Space at least 2 inches apart.
- 8. Place in preheated 350 degree F. oven and bake for 12 minutes or less, depending on your oven.
- 9. Remove cookies from sheet pan and place on cooling rack to cool completely,then transfer to a large platter or plate.
- 10. Serve with your favorite beverage, milk, coffee or tea. Enjoy these cookies they're delicious.
MOLDY BISCUITS
Ok, I'll admit that I'm on a Halloween binge and having a bunch of fun! These aren't realy moldy. For regular biscuits just leave out the coloring.

- Preheat the oven to 425°F
- Sauté the scallions in 3 tablespoons butter until they are soft. Set the scallions aside and let cool.
- Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt into a large mixing bowl. Cut the 1/2 cup butter into small pieces and cut it into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- In a small bowl mix together the 3/4 cup buttermilk and the green food coloring, until it is a very dark shade of green.
- Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, and add the scallions and the green buttermilk.
- Mix until a very sticky dough just holds together.
- Turn out onto a floured surface and knead 20 times.
- Pat out until 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut with a 2 inch cutter. Place biscuits on a baking sheet about 3 inches apart.
- Mix the melted butter and buttermilk and brush on the biscuits.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

- Place morsels in large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; stir.
- Microwave at additional 10 to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

- Add corn flakes.
- Stir until coated.
- Drop by rounded teaspoon onto prepared baking sheets.
