Steps:

Add ice cubes to shaker, pour spirits over the ice then shake 8-10 seconds.
Pour into chilled martini or high ball glass.
Garnish with wedge of lemon, lime or orange.

1 fluid ounce brandy
½ fluid ounce Blue Curacao
½ fluid ounce vanilla liqueur
½ fluid ounce half-and-half cream
1 dash lemon juice
1 slice lemon, for garnish

Steps:

In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine brandy, Blue Curacao, vanilla liqueur, half-and-half and lemon juice. Shake vigorously, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a straw.
