Steps:
- Whisk together flour, black pepper, and paprika in a shallow dish. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, coating evenly; set aside. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; stir and cook the garlic until light brown, about 1 minute. Remove the garlic from the skillet and set aside.
- Place 2 tablespoons of butter into the skillet with the olive oil. Cook the chicken pieces in the oil and butter over medium-high heat until brown, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Pour the wine into the hot skillet and bring to a boil over high heat, scraping the browned pieces from the bottom and sides of the pan. Boil the wine until it is reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Whisk in the chicken broth, reserved garlic, lemon juice and capers. Cook for 5 minutes over medium-high heat. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons butter and parsley. Return the chicken pieces to the skillet and continue cooking over medium heat until the sauce thickens, about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the angel hair pasta, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain well.
- Remove the chicken pieces to a serving dish and drizzle with a few tablespoons of the sauce and capers. Place the cooked angel hair pasta into the skillet with the remaining piccata sauce and toss to coat.

LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN OVER ANGEL HAIR PASTA
Elegant and delicious. 2/22/09 After reading some reviews and problem of too much liquid I would suggest decreasing to perhaps 1 1/2 cups or use the pasta water which has the starch from the pasta that would provide a thickener. Also, be sure all of the flour was used to coat the chicken; that could also be a part of the problem Thanks for the all the input reviewers!

Steps:
- Cook according to directions on box, drain, and set aside.
- To a medium bowl or large measuring cup, add the honey, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning, salt, pepper, optional thyme, and stir to combine; set sauce aside.
- To a large skillet, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, add chicken, generously sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning, and cook chicken over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, flipping intermittently so all sides cook evenly. Cooking time will vary based on thickness of chicken breasts and sizes of pieces. Chicken should be about 90% cooked through.
- Turn heat to medium-low, and carefully add the sauce noting that it may bubble up in the first few seconds.
- Allow sauce to bubble at a low boil for about 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened and reduced some, and chicken is cooked through. Stir sauce and flip chicken intermittently throughout.
- Add pasta to skillet with the chicken and toss to combine and coat. Serve immediately.
- Chicken and pasta are best warm and fresh, but will keep airtight in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently prior to serving.

- In a bowl, whisk together the chicken stock, yoghurt and garlic clove until the yoghurt isn’t lumpy. Place the chicken in a baking dish and cover with the sauce – making sure it’s fully covered. Place the lemon slices on the top and leave for 20 minutes.
- Heat the oven to 180 c / 350 f. Place the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes. If the chicken breast is particularly large it may need a little longer. Once the chicken is done remove from the oven and leave to rest for 4-5 minutes. Don’t discard the sauce as you’ll add it to the pasta later.
- After resting remove the chicken from the baking tray with some tongs and slice thinly on a chopping board.
- Bring a large pan of heavily salted water to a rolling boil and add a few of drops of olive oil to the water. Add the broccoli to the water and cook until the water reaches a full boil again (which should take around a minute).
