Start football season with this delicious Easy Ranch Pretzels Recipe. Super easy to make and full of delicious flavor perfect for snacking!

1 package of Ranch dressing and seasoning mix
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoons dill weed
¾ cup canola oil or buttered popcorn oil
1 (20 oz.) bag of pretzels

Steps:

  • In a large bowl combine ranch seasoning, garlic powder, dill weed, and oil. Mix together.
  • Add pretzels to the bowl and mix to coat the pretzels. Let the pretzels marinate in the bowl for 1 hour, tossing one or two times.
  • Preheat oven to 200F degrees. Pour pretzels onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.

9 cups Corn, Rice or Wheat Chex
2 cups miniature pretzels
2 cups Goldfish cheddar crackers
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels and crackers. Drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with cheese and salad dressing mix; toss to coat., Microwave in batches on high 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Spread onto a baking sheet to cool. Store in an airtight container.

Rold Gold Pretzels assorted shapes and sizes 2.5-3 pounds ( i like mixing thin sticks, and little twists, with bigger chunky peices too like the honeywheat sticks that are a little sweet, you want to go for bite sized so if using bigger peices break it up)
Orville Reddenbacher's Popping & Topping 12 oz bottle Buttery Flavor Popcorn Oil
Hidden Valley Ranch Mix Packet (Dry), 1 packet
1 teaspoon onion powder
2-3 teaspoons garlic powder

Steps:

  • Directions Mix 2-3 pounds of pretzels in a large bowl with Most of 1 bottle of Orville Butter popping oil (i always use most of the bottle, but stop when the butter is at the bottom of the label (about 1 inch left in bottle) . Nutrition was calculated on the whole bottle , but you don't need that much. Pour the contents of 1 dry packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix. And 3 teaspoons garlic pwoder 1 teaspoon onion powder Stir. Cover, (or transfer to large plastic bags with extra room and shake) and mix every so often (every hour or so, it doesn't have to be exact) for 24 hours until oil is absorbed. Capturing the creamy tang of ranch in a dry snack mix can be elusive, but it is possible. Adding vinegar to the melted butter that coats the ingredients in this recipe, and hitting it with buttermilk powder both before and after baking infuses everything with both of those flavor notes.

1/4 cup buttermilk powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
5 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried dill
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
3 cups rice cereal squares
2 cups square white cheddar crackers
2 cups roughly broken salted pita chips
1 cup roasted salted almonds
1 cup sesame sticks
1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) unsalted butter
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 cups small pretzels (preferably ranch-flavored)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 250˚ F. Combine the buttermilk, onion and garlic powders, dill, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon pepper in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Combine the cereal, crackers, chips, almonds and sesame sticks in a large bowl and toss.
  • Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium-low heat. Remove from the heat and stir in the vinegar. Pour about half of the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and toss, then pour in the remaining butter mixture and toss again until everything is well coated and there is no butter at the bottom of the bowl. Add half of the spice mix and toss to coat.
  • Spread the cereal mixture on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake, stirring occasionally, until dry, crisp and lightly toasted but not browned, 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from the oven and toss with the pretzels and remaining spice mix. Set aside to cool, stirring occasionally.
