CRANBERRY SAUCE MEATBALLS

Steps:
- Whisk together cranberry sauce, pepper jelly, lemon juice, and garlic salt in a Dutch oven or large pot over medium, whisking until mixture melts and is well blended, about 4 minutes. Add meatballs, stirring to coat in sauce. Cover and continuing cooking over medium until meatballs are thawed and sauce is beginning to bubble, 6 to 8 minutes.
- Uncover and increase heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring often, until meatballs are heated through and sauce is thickened giving the meatballs a glazed coating, about 6 minutes. Spoon meatballs on a platter; spoon additional sauce from pot over meatballs, and sprinkle evenly with jalapeño and parsley. Serve hot.
CHICKEN MEATBALLS IN CRANBERRY SAUCE

Steps:
- In a food processor add the meat chunks and pulse to chop. Add all the remaining ingredients and pulse again until meat is medium-fine.
- Using wet hands form the meat mixture into about 1-inch balls. Gently roll them in flour, shaking any excess.
- Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Drizzle with about 2 Tbsps oil and carefully add in the meatballs. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden-brown.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce with remaining ingredients until well combined.
- Pour cranberry sauce and stir well. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until bubbly, about 5 minute

CRANBERRY JALAPENO BITES
Tart and spicy appetizer with cranberries and jalapenos

Steps:
- Roll puff pastry slightly.
- Cut pastry into two inch squares.
- Place each square into a mini muffin tin. Push dough down so it lines the tin.
- Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Poke down center of each pastry cup so the dough deflates. Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- While pastry is baking, place cream cheese in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Stir in cranberries and jalapenos.
- Remove pastry cups from the oven. Place 1-2 teaspoons of filling in each cup.
- Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees. Bake filled cups for 15 minutes.
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from muffin tin.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.

CRANBERRY JALAPENO TURKEY BURGERS OR MEATBALLS
I usually grill these burgers but you can broil or panfry. I have also made this into meatballs and used as appetizers. I used Kittencal's Cranberry-Ginger Garlic Meatball Sauce for the sauce on these.But you can use whatever sauce you like. They were a big hit. Kind of a sweet/hot flavor.
