AMARETTO SOUR COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine amaretto and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into chilled sour glass.
• Garnish with a slice of orange.

AMARO SOUR

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker, add 1 cherry, 1 half-wheel of grapefruit and the sugar. Muddle until the sugar dissolves. Add the gin, amaro, lemon juice and ice. Cover and shake vigorously until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled lowball glass, and garnish with the remaining cherry and grapefruit half.

DISARONNO SOUR COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Share vigorously for 30-45 seconds until fully combined and chilled.
• Strain liquid into an ice filled rocks glass and garnish with lemon slice and cherry.

Steps:

• Add ingredients to tin
• separate egg white and add to tin
• Add large rock of ice to tin and give it a good shake
• Strain into chilled glass

Steps:

• Combine the whiskey, amaro and bitters in a cocktail mixing glass (or any other type of glass). Fill the mixing glass with 1 handful ice and stir continuously for 30 seconds.
• Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry and serve.
