AMARETTO PUNCH SLUSH

Steps:

• Dissolve sugar in boiling water; cool to the touch.
• Stir in remaining 7 ingredients; freeze.
• Let stand at room temperature until slushy.

APPLE SANGRIA

Steps:

• In a large bowl or pitcher, combine lemon and apple. The pour the juices over the top of the fruit. Stir to mix.
• Pour the ginger ale over the top of the juices.
• To spike add the alcohol in the pitcher or glass by glass.

AMARETTO BOURBON PUNCH

Steps:

• Combine the bourbon, ginger ale, amaretto, simple syrup, lime juice, orange juice and cherry juice together and stir. (At this point I would taste and adjust for any sweetness - you might want more amaretto, more bourbon or more syrup depending on your preferences!)
• Fill a glass with crushed ice and add a few drops of cherry juice. Pour the punch over the ice and garnish with cherries and orange slices!
• Note: simple syrup is equal parts water and sugar. 1 cup water + 1 cup sugar heated until boiling, whisk until the sugar dissolves, and let cool to room temp!

AMARETTO PUNCH

Steps:

• Mix together and freeze.

AMARETTO-BOURBON PUNCH

Steps:

• Combine seltzer, bourbon,juices, simple syrup, andamaretto in a punch bowl. Fillwith ice. Garnish withlemon slices and cherries.

CRANBERRY-AMARETTO PUNCH

Steps:

• Fill a (1 quart) canning jar with ice. Measure in rum, peach schnapps and amaretto liqueur. Pour in cranberry juice until glass is 3/4 full. Fill with lemon-lime soda.

SIMPLE SYRUP FOR AMARETTO-BOURBON PUNCH

Steps:

• Bring sugar and water to a boilin a saucepan. Cook, stirring,until sugar dissolves. Let cool.
