Amandas Meatball Cookies Not Really Meatballs Recipes

AMANDA'S MEATBALL COOKIES (NOT REALLY MEATBALLS)

Steps:

• Combine margarine, sugar, vanilla, cocoa, milk, and peanut butter in a large pan or microwave safe bowl.
• Melt on stovetop or in microwave, stirring often, until well mixed.
• Stir in oatmeal.
• Drop teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
• Roll between hands to make balls that look like meatballs.
• Let cool.
• Yummy!
• (Note: The sugar can be reduced if you like).

AMANDA'S CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
• Combine butter, shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl, and mix with electric beater, or by hand.
• Mix flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
• Slowly add flour mixture to the butter mixture.
• Fold in chocolate chips.
• Drop cookies onto ungreased cookie sheet. Each cookie should be approximately 1 tablespoon.
• Bake approximately 8-11 minutes or until golden brown.
