ALOUETTE CRANBERRY BRIE
Nothing says holiday like cranberries! This recipe is just perfect, elegant and easy for the holiday season. Did we mention it's delicious!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450º F.
- Remove top rind of Alouette Baby Brie leaving a 3" rim around the circumference of the cheese.
- In a small bowl combine Cran-Fruit, brown sugar, extract and nutmeg.
- Top Alouette Baby Brie with cranberry mixture and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chopped pecans.
- Place in an ovenproof dish and bake in a 450º F oven for 4-5 minutes.
- Serve warm with assorted crackers or apple slices.

Steps:
- Preheat broiler.
- Place bread on a cookie sheet pan cut side up.
- Place butter, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary in a microwave and heat just to melt. Stir to blend.
- Spread over the bread.
- Sprinkle the bacon bites over the bread.
- Place pieces of the brie over the bacon.
- Brown under the broiler a couple minutes. Do not leave it for it will burn and you`ll miss out on a great Garlic bread.
- Remove and slice into 2 in pieces.

ALOUETTE BRANDIED APRICOT BABY BRIE
This is a wonderful appetizer for any occasion. It's super easy and quick! Great for an afternoon snack or at the next dinner party. The creamy baby brie is wonderful with the apricots! Enjoy!

Steps:
- Mix preserves, brandy, orange juice and cinnamon in a microwave safe bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce begins to bubble.
- Place Alouette Baby Brie in a shallow dish and top with apricot sauce.
- Microwave uncovered on high for 10 to 20 seconds or until cheese softens.
- Serve with French bread.
HOLIDAY BRIE
SO delicious, and the topping isn't too sweet. I often make the topping in advance, then just heat the whole thing together right before serving. I usually make this for my annual cookie exchange, and everyone raves about it.

Steps:
- Combine everything except the brie in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 mins, stirring frequently.
- Uncover and cook 5 more minutes, or till slightly thickened. Cool to room temperature.
- Cut a circle in the top rind of the brie, leaving a 1/4" border. Carefully remove center circle of rind from cheese, leaving border intact.
- Place the brie in a pretty pie plate or on a small ovenproof platter.
- Spread cranberry mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 mins, or just till cheese is bubbly.
- Serve immediately with french bread, crackers, or slices of apple or pear.
GLAZED KIELBASA BITES

- Cut kielbasa into 2-inch slices. Place in a large skillet with the ginger ale (regular, this does not work with diet ginger ale).
- Bring to boil, then reduce heat to medium. Do not cover pan.
- After 15 to 20 minutes, ginger ale will be reduced and start to caramelize.
- WATCH CAREFULLY because you don't want it to burn.
- At this point, keep stirring until chunks are glazed.
- Serve on a platter with toothpicks inserted. They are sticky and yummy!
