Aloo Maggi is an innovative version of the regular Maggi noodles. It is delicious and filling and a perfect breakfast recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 15

Potato - 2 pcs (Medium Size) (Boiled)
All-Purpose Flour - 50 gm
Semolina - 2 tbsp
Coriander - 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
Cooking Oil - 1.5 tbsp (To Knead Dough)
Water - 1 glass
Maggi Masala - 1 sachet
Maggi - 1 pkt
Tomato Sauce - 1.5 tbsp
All-Purpose Flour - As Required
Cooking Oil - 100 ml (To Shallow Fry)
Tomato Sauce - As Per Taste

Steps:

  • In a bowl, grate the boiled potatoes. Add all-purpose flour, semolina, chopped coriander, black pepper powder, salt, and sesame seeds. Mix everything correctly and make a dough.
  • After the contents are correctly mixed, add some oil to it. Roll the mixture for the oil to coat it. Keep it aside.
  • Heat a pan and add water and Maggi masala to it. Then put the noodles cake and ketchup in it. Let it cook and keep it aside.
  • Dust some flour over the rolling board. Take a portion of the dough and roll it with a rolling pin in a flatbread (roti).
  • Put a portion of the cooked noodles on the side and fold it in half, as shown. Then pack the roti from the corners.
  • Heat oil in another pan. Put the roti in it and shallow fry it from both sides till it turns golden brown.
  • Also, Maggi is ready. Serve it with ketchup.
