JUST LIKE TACO BELL TACOS
Forget the drive-thru, this is how to make a beef tacos recipe that tastes just like Taco Bell tacos for an easy Taco Tuesday dinner at home any night of the week.

- Add the ground beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook until browned, about 10 minutes, breaking into small pieces as it browns.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the beef is well browned and the onion is translucent.
- Add the cumin, chili powder, garlic salt, kosher salt, and black pepper and cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring often.
- Stir in the tomato juice and cornmeal and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the juice has cooked down and the cornmeal softens, stirring occasionally. Add more tomato juice or water if the mixture clumps.
- Place the taco shells on a sheet pan or in a baking dish and spoon about 1/3 cup taco meat into each shell and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Broil in a toaster oven or oven until the cheese melts.
- Garnish the tacos with fixings and serve.

- In medium bowl combine ground beef with flour, chili powder, salt, minced onion, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder. Use your hands to thoroughly mix everything.
- Add the ground beef to water in a skillet over medium heat. Mix well with a wooden spoon or spatula and break up meat as it cooks. Heat for 5-6 minutes or until browned.
- The finished product should be very smooth, somewhat pasty, with no large chunks of meat remaining.
- Heat the taco shells in a 375 degree oven for 5 minutes.
- Build each taco by spooning 2-3 tablespoons of meat into each shell and topping with lettuce and cheese.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 or 425 (for the taco shells).
- Brown meat.
- Add can of refried beans (we think THIS is the secret ingredient).
- Add taco seasoning.
- Add garlic, salt and pepper and heat until beans are heated all the way through, remove from heat.
- Brown taco shells.
- Prepare tacos with whatever you like.

- Gather all the pantry items on the table to prepare the tostada right in your kitchen.
- Chop tomatoes and lettuce for the toppings. Shred some Mexican cheddar cheese in a small bowl.
- Take a pan greased with olive oil. Add refried beans to the pan.
- Then, season it with a pinch of garlic powder, salt, red chili powder, and taco seasoning.
- Mix everything and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the pan when the spices are merged with the refried beans.
- Now it's time to assemble the tostada.
- Take the crunchy tostada, add refried beans all over, and top it with tomatoes, lettuce, and cheddar cheese.
- Smother a teaspoon of spicy chipotle sauce and sprinkle a pinch of taco seasoning on the top.
- Bake the tostada for 3-4 minutes in the oven.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl combine masa corn flour, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoning salt, paprika, cumin, garlic salt, sugar, minced onion, and beef bouillon. Mix well and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble the ground chuck into the skillet and cook while breaking the meat up into chunks with a spatula until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add 3/4-1 cup of water and the taco seasoning to the ground beef. Mix well and simmer on medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Simmer until almost all of the moisture has cooked away. Refresh the taco shells by placing them into a baking dish. Place the baking dish into the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Allow the shells to cool off a little bit before assembling the tacos.
- To assemble the tacos—add a couple of tablespoons of the taco meat to the bottom of the tacos shells. Top with lettuce and cheese.
