Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 cup(s) water
1 cup(s) sugar
1/4 cup(s) light corn syrup
1 tablespoon(s) coconut extract (flavoring)
2 teaspoon(s) chocolate extract (flavoring)
1 teaspoon(s) almond extract
1 quart(s) half and half

Steps:

  • place water, sugar and corn syrup in saucepan
  • boil a steady boil for 30 minutes
  • remove from heat, add flavorings. stir well
  • add the half and half cream, stir well and store in pitcher in refrigerator.

1 1/2 tsp almond extract
3/4 cup shredded coconut
3 TBSP cocoa powder

  • •Place milk, cream and coconut in a blender •Blend on high 20 to 30 seconds •Pour into medium pot set over medium low heat. Add coconut palm sugar and cocoa powder •Heat for 10 to 15 minutes, whisking occasionally until cocoa powder is well blended and sugar is dissolved. •Remove from heat and add the almond extract.
