DILL CHICKEN SALAD - HEALTHY AND EASY!
Dill chicken salad is healthy and easy to make. It's great on a croissant, a wrap, a salad, or on its own.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken and celery.
- In a small bowl or large measuring cup, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, green onion, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Taste and season with more salt and pepper if desired.
- Stir dressing into chicken and celery until everything is coated evenly.
- Serve immediately with bread, wraps, or croissants or store in a covered container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days (see note).

Steps:
- Place the chicken, water chestnuts, celery, almonds and scallions in a large bowl and toss to mix well.
- Put the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill and white pepper in small bowl and stir to mix well.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken mixture and toss to mix well. Stir in a little more mayonnaise if the mixture seems too dry.
- Cover the salad and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Use as a sandwich filling, serve over a bed of fresh greens, or use to fill a cantaloupe or avocado half.
