HEALTHY CHOCOLATE ALMOND GRANOLA
Delicious chocolate almond granola that nobody will know is actually good for you. The chocolate makes it an indulgent morning cereal, or a mid-afternoon snack. The chia seeds add an energy boost. The flax seeds and hemp hearts provide healthy omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. Store in an airtight container.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
- Mix oats, almonds, coconut, chia seeds, flax seeds, and hemp hearts together in a bowl. Mix honey, orange juice, and vanilla extract together in a separate large bowl. Add oat mixture to honey mixture; stir well until evenly coated. Spread granola onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 50 minutes.
- Mix chocolate chips into granola; cool to room temperature.

- Combine toasted almonds with oats, coconut and cinnamon. Blend honey with oil and drizzle over almond-oat mixture, tossing to mix well. Bake in oven at 350 degrees, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven; loosen with spatula; cool.
- Microwave Directions: Combine as above in glass baking dish. Cook on high 8 minutes, stirring every two minutes; cool.

- Preheat oven to 250°. Steep tea bags in boiling water 5 minutes. Meanwhile, combine oats, almonds and coconut. Discard tea bags; stir remaining ingredients into tea. Pour tea mixture over oat mixture; mix well to coat. , Spread evenly in a greased 15x10-in. rimmed pan. Bake until golden brown, stirring every 20 minutes, about 1-1/4 hours. Cool completely without stirring; store in an airtight container.

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. (Or if your baking sheet isn’t very large, I would recommend lining two smaller sheets.)

Return sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the nuts are toasted.
- Remove sheet from oven and cool on a wire rack. Store in a sealed container and keep for up to 3 weeks.
