CINNAMON ALMOND BUTTER DIP WITH APPLES



Cinnamon Almond Butter Dip with Apples image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/4 cup almond butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar (sifted)
2-3 Tablespoons almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Granny Smith apples (sliced)

Steps:

  • Place the almond butter, 2 tablespoons of almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix on medium speed until smooth.
  • Add the powdered sugar and mix on medium speed to combine. If the mixture seems to thick or dry, add the other tablespoon of almond milk.
  • Serve with sliced Granny Smith apples. Store leftover dip in the refrigerator.
  • Serves 2-3.

2 tablespoons honey, plus extra for drizzling
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of ground cardamom
Pinch of sea salt
Slivered almonds, for garnish
Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Sliced apples, for serving (see Cook's Note)

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, vigorously mix together the almond butter, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom and sea salt. Garnish with slivered almonds, a drizzle of honey and flaky sea salt. Serve with sliced apples.

Steps:

  • Beat yogurt and cream cheese together in a bowl. Stir in almond butter, orange juice, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Taste and adjust amounts to your liking.
