This delicious pizza gives a new twist to two old favorites. It tastes just like a burger from a famous burger franchise with its special sauce, ground beef and American cheese.

½ pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
½ teaspoon seasoning salt, or to taste
1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
1 cup thousand island salad dressing, or to taste
1 cup shredded American cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 tomato, chopped
2 dill pickle slices

Steps:

  • Place the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring to crumble, until evenly browned. Season with seasoning salt, drain off grease, and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Spread salad dressing on the pizza crust. Top with a layer of ground beef and onion. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese is melted. Allow pizza to cool for about 5 minutes, then slice into wedges and top with lettuce tomato and pickles, if desired.

1 cup cooked ground beef
2 tablespoons ketchup, in squeeze bottle
2 tablespoons mustard, in squeeze bottle
1/4 cup caramelized onion
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tomatoes (ripe and sliced thick)
16 dill pickle slices, quartered
1 pizza dough, 12-inch
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
2 tablespoons thousand island dressing
1 large onion, sliced thin
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/8-1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
  • Place pizza dough into 12" circle or retangle.
  • Distribute beef over dough then squeeze bottle of ketchup in light spirals - about 2 Tbs. Repeat using mustard the same way.
  • Distribute caramelized onions over pizza (see step 11).
  • Top with both cheeses.
  • Arrange tomato slices over cheeses.
  • Spread pickle quarters evenly around pizza.
  • Bake in oven for 5 minutes.
  • Turn pizza 180 degrees and bake until golden brown.
  • Cut into slices and serve topped with lettuce and drizzled with Thousand Island dressing.
  • To make caramelized onions: Place onions, salt, vegetable oil, pepper and sugar into pan and cook all ingredients together on stovetop until golden brown.

3 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups canned tomatoes, drained well
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
3/8 teaspoon dried basil
3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Steps:

  • Mix ground beef with salt and pepper; pat mixture out in a 9 inch pie pan.
  • Spread tomatoes over hamburger and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until ground beef is no longer pink.
  • Cut in wedges to serve.
  • Note: you can get very creative with this recipe and add other "pizza" toppings such as green peppers, mushrooms, etc. Have fun with it!

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
⅔ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1 (14 ounce) pre-baked pizza crust
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup dill pickle slices
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef, salt, and pepper in the hot skillet until meat is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
  • Mix ketchup and mustard in a bowl; spread mixture over pizza crust. Spread mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese over ketchup mixture and top with beef and onions. Transfer pizza to a large baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes. Top with pickles and allow pizza to cool for 5 minutes. Top with shredded lettuce and tomatoes before slicing and serving.

24 slices mozzarella cheese
12 hamburger buns
2 (6.5 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried minced onion
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Shape beef chuck into 12 patties.
  • Grill patties on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Place 2 slices mozzarella cheese on each patty about 1 minute before removing from grill. Place patties on hamburger buns.
  • Mix tomato sauce, oregano, minced onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl; cover and heat in the microwave on high until heated through, about 5 minutes. Spread tomato sauce mixture over burgers to serve.

3/4 cup warm water (105°F to 110°F)
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Sprinkle yeast over combined warm water and sugar in large bowl; stir until yeast is dissolved. Let stand 5 min. Mix flour, oil and salt. Add to yeast mixture; stir until mixture forms soft dough.
  • Place on lightly floured surface; knead 5 min. or until dough is smooth and elastic. Shape into ball; flatten slightly. Place on large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place 20 min.
  • Meanwhile, microwave meat in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until done; drain. Break up meat with spoon. Add sauce; mix well.
  • Heat oven to 425°F. Divide dough into 4 pieces; stretch and pat each piece into 7-inch round. Place on baking sheet; top with meat mixture and mozzarella. Bake 18 to 20 min. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Top with Parmesan.

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
