- For each seasoning blend, combine all ingredients together and mix well. Store in air tight container and stir before using.
- Optional: For Jerk and Italian Seasoning Blends, place ingredients in a small food processor and process until finely ground. Store in an air tight container.

PORK SEASONING MIX
A homemade pork seasoning that takes a basic pork chop to a WOW pork chop!

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients
- Sprinkle a generous teaspoon on each side of a pork chop or on your favorite cut of pork (this is really good on a pork tenderloin as well)!
- Cook pork as desired (grilled/baked/pan fried), until internal temperature is 145-160 and then let rest for 5 minutes.

- Cajun Seasoning. Cajun cooking has developed a reputation for being all about heat. The truth is Cajun flavors are more savory than hot. This spice blend can be adjusted for heat by increasing (or decreasing) the amount of cayenne pepper.
