Steps:

  • Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 4 minutes.
  • Place desired amount of potato nuggets into the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
  • Cook in the preheated air fryer for 6 minutes. Shake the basket. Cook until crispy, or to desired doneness, about 4 minutes more.

16 bacon strips, halved lengthwise
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
32 frozen Tater Tots, thawed

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°. In batches, cook bacon on greased tray in air-fryer basket until partially cooked but not crisp, 4-5 minutes. Remove to paper towels to drain; keep warm., Combine syrup and pepper flakes. Dip each bacon piece in syrup mixture, then wrap around a Tater Tot. Secure with toothpicks., Place on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until bacon is crisp, 8-10 minutes.

Bacon-Wrapped Tater Tots are the perfect finger food for a party or get-together, especially paired with beer. They're sprinkled with a savory seasoning salt, then glazed with a spicy maple glaze.

20 tater tots
10 strips bacon (cut in half lengthwise)
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Sriracha

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Put the tater tots in a bowl and sprinkle the seasoning salt evenly over the tots. Mix to coat each piece.
  • Cut the bacon strips in half lengthwise. Wrap one strip around each tater tot. Add the tots back to the bowl.
  • Mix the honey and sriracha together and drizzle half of it over the tots. Stir to coat. You can secure the bacon ends together with a toothpick, if you wish.
  • Spread the tots evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is browned and the tots are crispy. Serve with remaining sauce.
