AIR-FRYER PORK TENDERLOIN
I originally developed this air-fryer pork tenderloin recipe to cook on the stove and finish in the oven, but you can make it even quicker in an air fryer-and it's just as tasty. -Lynn Faria, Southington, Connecticut

- Preheat air fryer to 375°. Trim silver skin from tenderloin if desired; pat dry. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; spread over tenderloin. Place in greased air fryer. Cook until a thermometer reads 145°, 18 to 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

AIR FRYER PORK TENDERLOIN RECIPE
Tender and juicy pork tenderloin cooked in an air fryer. The crisp coating protects the meat adding delicious flavor to each bite.

Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the paprika, salt & pepper, garlic powder, onion, powder, oregano, mustard powder, cumin and sage. Set aside.
- Place Pork tenderloin on a cutting board and with a sharp knife remove the silverskin from the pork. Discard the silverskin.
- With a dry paper towel pat all the surface of the pork removing as much moisture as possible. Throw away the damp paper towels.
- You will use 2 tablespoons of pork rub per each pound of pork tenderloin. Pictured is a 1 pound tenderloin.
- Remove 2 tablespoons of the pork rub from the mixing bowl.
- Place pork in the mixing bowl with the remaining pork rub and coat the tenderloin with the rub. Gently pat the rub on the pork.
- Shake off any excess pork rub and place in the air fryer basket.
- Turn the air fryer to 375°F degrees and set the timer to 17 minutes or according to the manufactures recommendation. Turn the pork half way though the cooking time. Cook until the internal meat thermometer reaches 140°F degrees.
- Let the pork tenderloin rest for 3 minutes before cutting into it. The meat will continue to cook and according to the National Pork Board, pork tenderloin should reach 145°F degrees.

AIR FRYER STUFFED PORK TENDERLOIN
Air fryer stuffed pork tenderloin filled with cream cheese & cheddar cheese then brushed with dijon mustard, and coated in panko breadcrumbs for a nice crispy outside.

Steps:
- Butterfly the pork tenderloin by slicing against the long edge almost all the way through to the other side. Leave a little bit so that it opens like a hot dog bun.
- Open the pork tenderloin so that it is inside facing up. Spread a layer of cream cheese on the inside of the pork. Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese.
- Carefully fold over the tenderloin and insert toothpicks to hold it closed. If your air fryer basket will not fit the entire tenderloin, slice it in half as I had to in the above photos. Brush Dijon mustard on the outside of the tenderloin.
- In a shallow dish, add panko, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Roll the tenderloin in the breadcrumbs and press them so that they stick.
- Add the pork to the air fryer basket and lightly spray the breadcrumbs with cooking oil.
- Set the temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and the timer to 10 minutes. Carefully flip and lightly spray with cooking oil. Cook an additional 8-10 minutes until pork reaches 145 degrees and the cheese is melted on the inside.

AIR-FRYER PORK ROAST
Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 325°. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, herbs and mustard; rub over roast. Place in greased air fryer. Cook until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°, 50-70 minutes. Remove roast from air fryer; tent with foil. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. , Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute onions in butter until tender. Combine gravy mix and broth until smooth; stir into pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook and stir until thickened. Stir in sour cream and horseradish; heat through (do not boil). Serve with pork.

- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add celery and onion; cook and stir until tender, 4-5 minutes. Remove from the heat. In a large bowl, combine bread and seasonings. Add celery mixture and broth; toss to coat. Set aside., Cut a pocket in each pork chop by making a horizontal slice almost to the bone. Fill chops with bread mixture; secure with toothpicks if necessary. , Preheat air-fryer to 325°. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook 10 minutes. Turn and cook until a thermometer inserted into center of stuffing reads 165° and thermometer inserted in pork reads at least 145°, 6-8 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes; discard toothpicks before serving.

- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Whisk mustard, brown sugar, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Place tenderloin into the bowl and roll through the mustard mixture until evenly coated on all sides.
- Place potatoes, green beans, and olive oil into a separate bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir until evenly combined. Set aside.
- Place tenderloin into the basket of the preheated air fryer and cook, undisturbed, until slightly pink in the center, about 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place green beans and potatoes into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through cook time.
- Slice tenderloin and serve with potatoes and green beans.
