Steps:
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add celery and onion; cook and stir until tender, 4-5 minutes. Remove from the heat. In a large bowl, combine bread and seasonings. Add celery mixture and broth; toss to coat. Set aside., Cut a pocket in each pork chop by making a horizontal slice almost to the bone. Fill chops with bread mixture; secure with toothpicks if necessary. , Preheat air-fryer to 325°. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook 10 minutes. Turn and cook until a thermometer inserted into center of stuffing reads 165° and thermometer inserted in pork reads at least 145°, 6-8 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes; discard toothpicks before serving.

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Combine Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, parsley, and pepper in a flat shallow dish; mix well.
- Coat each pork chop with olive oil. Dredge both sides of each chop in the Parmesan mixture and set on a plate.
- Place 2 chops in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes; flipping halfway through cook time.
- Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining chops.

- Rub the oil on both sides of the pork chops.
- In a small bowl add the seasoning ingredients and mix until incorporated. Season chops on both sides.
- Place them in the air fryer basket or if using the Ninja Foodi, use the metal rack on the highest setting.

- While the air fryer preheats, drizzle the pork chops with the oil.
- Stir together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle evenly over the pork chops. Rub to coat both sides with the seasoning.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer and cook for 9-11 minutes or until the pork chops reach 150 degrees. Time may vary depending on thickness of pork chops and the model of air fryer used.
- Let pork chops rest 5 minutes before serving.

- Pound pork to about 3/4 inch thickness. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and maple syrup. Set aside. Add remaining pork ingredients together. Cut a deep pocket in pork chops, being careful not to cut all the way through. Rub spice mixture all over and inside pork chops.
