1 beef flat iron steak or boneless top sirloin steak (3/4 pound)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Place steak on tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°), 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking., Meanwhile, combine butter, parsley, garlic and soy sauce. Serve with steak.

2 8 oz Ribeye steak
salt
freshly cracked black pepper
olive oil*
1 stick unsalted butter (softened)
2 Tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
2 teaspoon garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Prepare Garlic Butter by mixing butter, parsley garlic, worcestershire sauce, and salt until thoroughly combined.
  • Place in parchment paper and roll into a log. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Remove steak from fridge and allow to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. Rub a little bit of olive oil on both side of the steak and season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  • Grease your Air Fryer basket by rubbing a little bit of oil on the basket. Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Once preheated, place steaks in air fryer and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.*
  • Remove from air fryer and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Top with garlic butter.

2 lb bone-in ribeye steak (at room temperature)
coarse sea salt
freshly cracked black pepper
4 tbsp ghee` (or grass-fed butter, softened)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tsp freshly chopped parsley
1 tsp freshly chopped chives
1 tsp freshly chopped thyme
1 tsp freshly chopped rosemary

Steps:

  • Season steak generously on both sides with salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Allow to sit while you preheat the air fryer and make the garlic herb butter.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, add the butter, garlic and herbs and use a fork to mash and combine.
  • Place the steak in the center of the air fryer basket and cook until desired doneness, depending on the thickness of the steak: about 10 minutes for medium-rare, 12 minutes for medium and 14 minutes for medium-well, flipping halfway through.
  • Transfer steak to a cutting board and allow to rest, about 10 minutes.
  • Slice the steak against the grain into 1/4-inch thick pieces. Top with the garlic-herb butter.

The easy way to cook a steak: In the air fryer! This Air Fryer Steak always comes out cooked perfectly and is so hands-off.

4 tablespoons butter, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh herbs, chopped, I used a mix of parsley and basil
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried garlic powder
salt & pepper, to taste
1 (2 pound) bone-in ribeye steak
sea salt
cracked black pepper

Steps:

  • Heat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  • Mash butter with a fork, then add garlic, herbs, Worcestershire sauce, dried garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mash until herbs are evenly distributed in the butter. Either keep in the bowl, or place on a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log to refrigerate. Place in the fridge until steak is ready, around 20 minutes.
  • Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper on either side. Place in hot air fryer basket, then cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  • Check on the temperature to know where your steak is at, then cook for another 1 to 5 minutes at 425F, depending on how done you like your steak (if your steak is at your preferred temperature after 10 minutes, feel free to skip this second cooking)
  • Once steak is done, remove from the air fryer basket and place on a chopping board or warmed plate to rest for 3-5 minutes (you can tent with aluminium foil, I pretty much never bother though). Serve with the garlic butter.

2 six oz. filet mignon steaks (or steak cut of your choice)
2 Tablespoons Chicago steak seasoning (or our amazing Steak Rub)
2 Tablespoons garlic butter sauce
2 Tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons Chicago steak seasoning or seasoning of your choice on each side of two 6 oz. filet mignon steaks. Pat down the seasoning.
  • Add to a covered plate and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight to marinate. When ready to cook, brush each side of both steaks with 1 tablespoon each of olive oil. Place the filets on the rack in the air fryer and cook for approximately 4 minutes at 390°F.
  • After 4 minutes, flip the filets and cook for approximately 4 minutes more. Remove the air fried steaks and top each filet with 1 tablespoon garlic butter. Let the steaks rest for 10 minutes before cutting.

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Allow the steak to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
