These juicy and flavor filled Air Fryer Steak Bites taste just like they've been cooked on the grill or in a cast iron skillet, and make the perfect addition to a hearty meat and potatoes meal or a delicious and healthy salad!

Number Of Ingredients 4

Sirloin Steak Bites or a 1lb. sirloin steak cut into bite size pieces
Steak seasoning or salt and pepper
Olive oil
An Air Fryer - I have a Philips XL Air Fryer and also a Gourmia Air Fryer which is a little less expensive.

Steps:

  • Start by preheating your air fryer to 390° or 400°.
  • Place the steak bites in a bowl and add about a tablespoon of steak seasoning or season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour in a tablespoon of olive oil and toss to coat all of the steak bites.
  • Place the steak bites in a single layer in your air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Turn the steak bites over and cook for an additional 4 minutes for medium steak. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes for medium well and a couple minutes less for medium rare.
  • Remove from the air fryer and allow them to rest for 5-10 minutes so the meat will retain its juices.
  • Enjoy in a salad or with your favorite veggies for lunch or dinner!

Air Fryer Steak Bites are an easy and convenient way to cook steak that is perfectly cooked and in bite sized pieces.

1 lb. Sirloin Steak (cut into 1/2 inch cubes and patted dry)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Butter (melted)
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (roughly chopped)

Steps:

  • In a medium sized bowl, add the steak, olive oil, garlic, salt, and ground black pepper. Toss until well combined.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes. Add the steak and cook at 400F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • While the steak is cooking, add the butter and fresh parsley in a small bowl.
  • Stir until combined.
  • Once the steak is cooked, toss with the herb butter. Serve immediately.

Yummy mushrooms and onions are cooked along with them, making a great presentation as a main dish for two. Toss them on a bed of romaine and serve with a bleu cheese dressing, if you prefer. Either way, you can still experience the great flavor of steak without breaking the budget!

1 (8 ounce) boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
½ medium onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
3 tablespoons garlic butter, melted
1 sprig fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), if recommended by manufacturer.
  • Combine steak bites, mushrooms, and onions in a bowl. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; stir until ingredients are evenly mixed.
  • Lightly brush cooking surface of air fryer basket basket with some of the melted butter.
  • Pour remaining melted butter over steak bites and vegetables and stir to combine. Spread out steak bites and vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air-fry in the preheated device until steak has reached desired doneness, about 7 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read between 130 and 140 degrees F (54 and 60 degrees C) for medium-rare. For medium doneness, the temperature should read 140 to 150 degrees F (60 to 65 degrees C). If you prefer your steak more done, add additional cooking time.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley, if using, and serve.
