AIR FRYER HASSELBACK POTATOES
Hasselback potatoes were created at the Hotel Hasselbacken in Stockholm, Sweden in the 1940's, and they're still a popular side dish today. Not only are they delicious, and easy to make with lovely presentation, they take half the time to cook in an air fryer.

Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Slice evenly across entire length of each potato to make 1/4-inch or 1/2-inch slices, making sure the knife only cuts through to the bottom 1/2-inch, keeping the bottom of the potato intact.
- Combine butter, olive oil, garlic, and paprika in a small bowl. Brush some of the mixture over each potato and into the slits. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes. Brushing the potatoes again with butter mixture, making sure to get it down into the fanned out slices, to ensure the potatoes will not be dry. Cook until potatoes are cooked through, about 15 minutes more.
- Remove potatoes from the basket and brush with any remaining butter mixture. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- Thinly slice your potatoes into air fryer potato rounds.
- Load the potatoes into a bowl with seasoning and extra virgin olive oil.
- Toss with your hands until the potatoes are well coated.

- Shake the air fryer basket and cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.
- Serve.

Easy fried potatoes made in the air fryer. Recipe is for 1 serving but you can double or triple the recipe depending on the size of your air fryer.

- Take a russet potato and wash and dry it. Cut it into 1/4-inch slices.
- Spray the basket of your air fryer with a little bit of avocado or olive oil.
- Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket and spread them out. Spritz with just a little oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook at 400° for 5 minutes. Lightly spritz the potatoes again and then turn them over*. Spritz again with oil and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove any that look done and cook for another 2 minutes.
- *If you want to add in some sliced onions add them when you turn the potatoes over.

- Open the can of potatoes. Drain the liquid from the can. Optional: you can rinse the potatoes in cold water.
- Add the potatoes to a baking pan or other oven safe bakeware.
- Season the potatoes with lemon pepper seasoning. If you do not have lemon pepper, you can optionally use salt and pepper.
- Add 1/2 tablespoon of butter to the potatoes.
- Put the container into the air fryer basket or air fryer oven. Cook at 400 degrees F (204 C) for 10-15 minutes. Check at 10 minutes, if you need them crisper, keep cooking another 5 minutes. Then remove, serve with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
