Steps:
- Harvest seeds from pumpkin. Wash seeds.
- Put a large pot of water on the stove to boil. When water starts to boil, boil the pumpkin seeds for 5 minutes. Drain.
- Put pumpkin seeds into bowl. Toss with butter and garlic salt.
- Put seeds into air fryer basket. Air Fry for 15 minutes at 360 degrees F. Shake half way through.
- ENJOY!

- In a bowl toss the pumpkin seeds with the oil.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Add the seeds to the Airfryer basket and cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. You can cook them for a few minutes more if you want them extra crispy.

Steps:
- Place pumpkin seeds in a bowl. Pour vinegar over the top and let soak for at least 1 hour. Drain off vinegar and stir in salt.
- Preheat an air fryer to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Place seeds in the basket and cook for 30 minutes, shaking the basket every 10 minutes.
- Transfer seeds to a paper towel lined plate and let sit for 5 minutes.

- Scrape out all the seeds and fibers into a bowl. Cover with water and soak for 10 mintues. Use your hands to remove any seeds from the fibers. The seeds will float to the top.
