Steps:
- Heat air fryer to 400ºF. In medium sized bowl, toss chickpeas with oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour chickpeas into air fryer basket, spreading them out as much as possible.
- Cook for 12 minutes, shaking 2-3 times during cooking time to ensure even cooking.

Steps:
- Combine chickpeas and vinegar in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Drain chickpeas, removing any loose skins.
- Preheat an air fryer to 390 degrees F (198 degrees C). Spread chickpeas evenly in the basket. Cook until dried out, about 4 minutes.
- Transfer chickpeas into a heat-proof bowl and drizzle with oil and sea salt. Toss to coat. Return chickpeas to the air fryer and cook, shaking basket every 2 to 3 minutes, until lightly browned, about 8 minutes. Serve immediately.

Crunchy, salty, addictive corn nuts made easy and healthier thanks to the air fryer. This is my basic recipe, but feel free to add additional flavors such as Cajun seasoning, ranch powder, BBQ seasoning, chili powder, taco seasoning, etc.

Steps:
- Place corn in a large bowl, cover with water, and let sit 8 hours to overnight to re-hydrate.
- Drain corn and spread it in an even layer on a large baking sheet. Pat dry with paper towels. Air dry for 20 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place corn in a large bowl. Add oil and salt. Stir until evenly coated.
- Place corn in batches in the basket of the air fryer in an even layer. Cook for 10 minutes. Shake basket and cook another 10 minutes. Shake basket and cook 5 additional minutes and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat with remaining corn. Let corn nuts cool until crisp, about 20 minutes.

- Drain chickpeas in a colander and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
- Let them dry completely.
- Transfer the chickpeas to the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry 380F about 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes until crunchy on the inside, not moist and golden brown on the outside.

- Peel potato and cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch sticks. Rinse potato sticks under cold running water for a few seconds. Transfer to a large bowl. Add vinegar and just enough water to cover the potatoes. Let soak for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320 degrees F (160 degrees C).
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry. Toss with oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and transfer to the air fryer basket.
