1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cracked pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • While the air fryer preheats, drizzle the pork chops with the oil.
  • Stir together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle evenly over the pork chops. Rub to coat both sides with the seasoning.
  • Place the pork chops in the air fryer and cook for 9-11 minutes or until the pork chops reach 150 degrees. Time may vary depending on thickness of pork chops and the model of air fryer used.
  • Let pork chops rest 5 minutes before serving.

1/3 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°. Spritz fryer basket with cooking spray. In a shallow bowl, toss almond flour, cheese, garlic powder, Creole seasoning and paprika. 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 ½ cups cheese and garlic flavored croutons
2 eggs
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place pork chops on a plate and season both sides with Cajun seasoning.
  • Pulse croutons in a small food processor until they have a fine consistency; transfer to a shallow dish. Lightly beat eggs in a separate shallow dish. Dip pork chops into eggs, letting excess drip off. Coat chops in crouton breading and set on a plate. Mist chops with cooking spray.
  • Spray basket of the air fryer with cooking spray and place chops inside, making sure to not overcrowd the fryer. You may have to do two batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Some brands of Air Fryers will cook slower or faster than others, adjust accordingly.We cooked the pork chops in a 3.4 qt. Air Fryer. For that size of air fryer, 3 pork chops is about the max without overcrowding the air fryer. If you have a larger size, you can probably cook 2-3 more so long as they are still in a single layer.

1 large egg
Cooking spray (, for coating the pork chops)

Steps:

  • Add seasonings to both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Add the breadcrumbs in a medium bowl. In another bowl, beat the egg.
  • Dip each pork chop in egg and then dredge it in the breadcrumbs, coating completely. Lightly spray both sides of coated pork chops with cooking spray right before cooking.

4 pork loin chops (1/2 -3/4 inch thick)
2 tbsp horseradish sauce
1/3 cup Teriyaki marinade and sauce
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Steps:

  • Combine the teriyaki sauce, horseradish sauce, and cinnamon.
  • Pour the sauce into a ziploc bag and add the pork chops. Seal the bag, and then shake the pork chops so they are coated with the sauce.
  • Place the bag in the refrigerator, and allow the pork chops to marinate in the sauce for at least 30 minutes and up to an hour.
  • After they have marinated, remove them from the bag, and place them in the air fryer. (Keep the sauce so when you flip the chops, you can brush more onto them. Then discard any remaining sauce.)

Naturally a lot here depends with exactly *how* thin your pork is. These from Kroger were probably close to a quarter inch - super thin. As such they took just four minutes. If you have thicker pieces of pork, cook longer and always use a thermometer. I like 360F as the temp to keep the cooking time quick, but not drying out the pork too much For regular pork chops check out this guide. Thin cut pork chops are a healthy protein choice that work well in a number of dishes; they also cook up exceedingly quickly and simply when using an air fryer. 1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 large bay leaf

1 large egg
1 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
extra-virgin olive oil cooking spray
1 sprig of fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
1 sprig of rosemary for garnish (optional)

Steps:

  • Pour 1 cup water in a 4-cup microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave until boiling, about 4 minutes. Stir in kosher salt and sugar, until dissolved. Add remaining 3 cups water to make a brine.
  • Place rosemary sprig and bay leaf in a 1-gallon zip-top bag. Carefully pour in brine and add pork chops. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible, and refrigerate about 2 hours.
  • Remove chops from the brine and discard the brine. Pat chops dry with paper towels.
