½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
4 (5 ounce) center-cut pork chops
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, parsley, and pepper in a flat shallow dish; mix well.
  • Coat each pork chop with olive oil. Dredge both sides of each chop in the Parmesan mixture and set on a plate.
  • Place 2 chops in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes; flipping halfway through cook time.
  • Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining chops.

Steps:

  • Make the chimichurri sauce: combine the olive oil, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Taste for seasoning. Set aside.

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt
8 pieces of lamb chops

Steps:

  • Make the marinade by combining Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, cumin powder, cayenne pepper, Italiano spice blend (optional), and salt, in a medium bowl and mix well.
  • Place lamb chops into a Ziploc bag and pour in the marinade. Press the air out of the bag and seal tightly. Press the marinade around the lamb chops to fully coat. Place into the fridge and marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
  • Place 3 pieces of marinated lamb chops onto a grill rack on top of the air frying basket, and space them out evenly. Cook at 350 F for 17 minutes, flipping the lamb chops once, halfway through, to ensure even cooking.
  • Once done, leave the lamb chops inside the hot air fryer for another 5 minutes. This keeps the lamb chops warm and ensures that it is thoroughly cooked yet still tender.
  • Season with additional salt and cumin, to taste.

2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Vegetable Oil Spray
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
2 Teaspoons Sugar

Steps:

  • Brush the lamb chops with the oil, rub with the garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. ** SEE NOTE ABOUT MAKING AHEAD--
  • In a medium bowl mix the mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish and sugar. Stir until well combined. Set aside in a seperate serving bowl half of the sauce for serving when finished cooking.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with vegetable oil spray and place the chope on the basket. Set the airfryer to 325° for 10 minutes, flipping the chops halfway through.
  • Remove the chops from the air fryer and add to the medium bowl of horseradish sauce, turning to coat with the sauce.
  • Place the chops back in the air fryer basket.
  • Set the air Fryer to 390° for 3 more minutes. Use a thermemeter to ensure the meat has reached a temperature of 145° for medium rare.
  • Serve the chops with the reserved horseradish sauce.

1 ea lamb chop (about 1/3 lb and 1" thick)

1/2 Tb dijon mustard
1/2 Tb extra virgin olive oil
1 Tb chopped fresh herbs (any combination of parsley, marjoram, thyme, chives, rosemary, mint, etc. )

Steps:

  • Season lamb chops with a liberal amount of salt and pepper.
  • Mix together marinade ingredients and brush onto both sides of the lamb chop.
  • Cook in airfryer for 5 minutes at 375 degrees F per side or 4 minutes at 400 degrees F per side for extra browning.
  • The internal temp should be 135 degrees F for medium or 145 degrees F for medium well. when you touch the meat it should spring back.
  • Decrease the time by 1-2 minutes per side for medium rare and increase the cooking time by 1-2 minutes for medium well. Depending on how thick your lamb chop is, the cooking time will vary.
