Air Fryer Lamb Cutlets image

600 grams lamb cutlets (approx. 6-8)
juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper

Steps:

  • Combine the lamb cutlets, lemon juice, oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes or so, or longer in the fridge if you have time. Meanwhile preheat the air fryer to 190 Degrees Celsius/375 Fahrenheit.
  • Place lamb cutlets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius/375 Fahrenheit, or according to the manufacturers instructions.
  • Remove the air fryer basket and turn the lamb cutlets.
  • Return the air fryer basket and cook for a further 5 - 10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
  • When cooked, remove the lamb cutlets from the air fryer basket and rest for a couple of minutes prior to serving.

1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
1/3 cup olive oil
5 garlic cloves, crushed
1 fresh rosemary sprig or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 fresh thyme sprig or 1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon herbes de Provence
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon pepper
8 lamb rib chops (about 1 inch thick and 3 ounces each)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl or shallow dish, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add lamb; turn to coat. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. , Drain lamb, discarding marinade. Preheat air fryer to 390°. In batches, arrange chops in greased air fryer. Cook until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°), 4-5 minutes on each side. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
