It's so easy to cook a restaurant quality steak in the air fryer, and don't forget to top it with my garlic and herb butter for a dinner to remember!

2 8 oz Ribeye steak
salt
freshly cracked black pepper
olive oil*
1 stick unsalted butter (softened)
2 Tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
2 teaspoon garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Prepare Garlic Butter by mixing butter, parsley garlic, worcestershire sauce, and salt until thoroughly combined.
  • Place in parchment paper and roll into a log. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Remove steak from fridge and allow to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. Rub a little bit of olive oil on both side of the steak and season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  • Grease your Air Fryer basket by rubbing a little bit of oil on the basket. Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Once preheated, place steaks in air fryer and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.*
  • Remove from air fryer and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Top with garlic butter.

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Prepare the steaks by rubbing olive oil on each side. Rub the Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper on each side.

2 six oz. filet mignon steaks (or steak cut of your choice)
2 Tablespoons Chicago steak seasoning (or our amazing Steak Rub)
2 Tablespoons garlic butter sauce
2 Tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons Chicago steak seasoning or seasoning of your choice on each side of two 6 oz. filet mignon steaks. Pat down the seasoning.
  • Add to a covered plate and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight to marinate. When ready to cook, brush each side of both steaks with 1 tablespoon each of olive oil. Place the filets on the rack in the air fryer and cook for approximately 4 minutes at 390°F.
  • After 4 minutes, flip the filets and cook for approximately 4 minutes more. Remove the air fried steaks and top each filet with 1 tablespoon garlic butter. Let the steaks rest for 10 minutes before cutting.

2 striploin steaks ((1" thick))
1 tablespoon canola oil
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons salted butter ((room temperature))
1 clove garlic ((finely minced))
1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Remove steak from the refrigerator and let come to room temperature (10-15 minutes). Trim fat around the edges if desired.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (turn it on for 5-10 minutes).
  • Rub the steaks with oil and season well with salt and pepper (or add your own seasoning as desired)
  • Open the basket, put steaks in and cook for 10-14 minutes (10 minutes for medium-rare, 12 minutes for medium, and 14 minutes for medium-well), until desired doneness is reached.

2 Ribeye, Sirloin or New York Strip steaks (1-inch thick)
2 teaspoons olive oil
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper
garlic butter (optional, for serving)

Steps:

  • Let steaks come to room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer at 400° F for 5 minutes.
  • Rub olive oil over steaks. Sprinkle both sides of steaks with garlic powder and a generous amount of salt and pepper.
  • Place steaks in the air fryer in a single layer, without overlapping. (If they won't fit at the same time, cook in two batches.) Air fry steaks at 400° F for 5 minutes, then flip over and continue cooking for 3-9 more minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness. To check if steak is done, use an instant read thermometer to check the internal temperature of the center of the steak. Cook to 135° F for medium-rare, 145° F for medium, 150° F for medium-well, 160° F for well done.
  • Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with garlic butter, if desired.

One 1-pound sirloin steak, about 1 inch thick
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
1 small clove garlic, finely grated
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Allow the steak to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Preheat a 3.5-quart air fryer to 400 degrees F. Season the steak on both sides with a generous pinch of salt and several grinds of black pepper. Place the steak in the center of the air fryer basket and cook until desired doneness, about 10 minutes for medium-rare, 12 minutes for medium and 14 minutes for medium-well.
