Steps:
- Clean mushroom and dry them well. Now prepare a slurry of buttermilk or vegan buttermilk with rice flour and ½ tsp. salt. Marinate mushroom in the slurry for about 30 minutes.
- Now take all the spices and add to all-purpose flour and keep it ready.
- Pre-heat Airfryer at 180 C or 360 F for 5 minutes.
- After marination, take out each marinated mushroom and immerse it in the seasoned flour mix till well coated. Lightly brush with oil. Do this to all the mushroom and keep aside.
- Brush the air fryer basket and arrange the mushroom in one row. Air fry for 15 minutes at 180 C or 360 F. Turn once in the middle. Now turn up the temperature to 200 C or 390 F and Air fry for 4 minutes for a golden colour.
- Take it out and serve out. Your crispy Air fryer mushrooms are ready to serve. Have with dipping sauce, mayo or even ketchup. It's super delicious.
- Serve them hot.

AIR FRIED BREADED MUSHROOMS
Steps:
- Remove any dirt from the mushrooms with damp paper towel, and then let them dry.
- Place a wax paper on a large plate and set aside.
- Prepare 4 small shallow bowls.
- Fill one bowl with water. In the 2nd bowl, place the flour. In the 3rd bowl, add the eggs and beat lightly. In the 4th bowl, add the bread crumbs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Dip each mushroom in water, then flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally the bread crumb mixture. Make sure the mushroom is coated evenly.
- Set aside on the large plate. Once all the mushrooms are coated, place them in the fridge for about 15-30 minutes to let the coating set.
- Lightly oil the air fryer basket. Place the mushrooms in a single layer in the basket. Cook at 400°F until golden brown at about 7 minutes, flipping them over halfway through.
- Once done, let the air fried breaded mushrooms rest for a while, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Wipe any excess dirt from one 8 oz. package of 'Baby Bella' Portobello mushrooms using a towel. Cut each mushroom into quarters and then cut each piece in half again (each mushroom will equal 8 pieces).
- Pour ½ cup flour onto a plate. Whisk 3 eggs in a bowl. Pour 1½ cups Panko breadcrumbs into a bowl. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir until completely combined.Toss the chopped mushrooms in the flour until coated, then dunk the mushrooms in the eggs, and finally toss them in the spiced breadcrumb mixture until completely coated. Repeat with the remainder of the mushrooms.
- Arrange the mushrooms on a plate or flat surface. Spray lightly with a can of olive oil. Turn the Air Fryer 'On'. Set to 360°F and 7 minutes. Arrange ⅓ of the mushrooms in the Air Fryer basket. (Make sure the mushrooms are not over-crowded). Push the basket into the fryer and cook for 7 minutes.
- Remove the mushrooms from the fryer when fully cooked. Repeat with the other two batches of mushrooms. Sprinkle with a little more salt after removing from the fryer.Serve immediately. Can be enjoyed alone or with any variety of dipping sauces.

- Chop mushrooms stems and set aside. Spray tops of mushrooms liberally with olive oil spray. If you don't spray the tops of mushrooms enough, they might dry out during air frying.
- In bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix cheese until all spices are combined. Fold in the chopped mushroom stems.
- Stuff the cavity of mushroom tops with the cheese mixture. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket (only place the mushroom a single layer - if needed cook in multiple batches).
- Air Fry at 360°F/182°C for 6-8 minutes, depending on the size of the mushrooms.
- Top the stuffed mushrooms with grated cheese and Air Fry for another 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Let the mushrooms cool. Top with minced parsley and serve.
