CRUNCHY AIR FRYER FISH
Crispy and well-seasoned fish with a cornmeal crust for a southern crunch, this fried fish is crunchy and well-seasoned no deep-frying needed.

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer for at least 3 minutes to 400 F. Whisk the egg in a shallow pan. In another shallow pan, combine the cornmeal and spices thoroughly.
- Pat the fish completely dry. Dip the fish fillets into the egg - allow the excess to drip back into the pan. Then press the fish into the cornmeal mixture until well coated on both sides.
- Place the coated fish into the preheated air fryer basket. Spritz lightly with oil. Cook for 10 minutes - stopping midway to flip the fish to ensure even cooking. If you notice dry spots, this is the time to spritz with a bit more oil. Return the basket to the air fryer and cook 5-7 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.Once done, squeeze lightly with lemon and sprinkle with parsley or top with hot sauce as desired. Serve immediately.

This is such an easy and foolproof way to make fried fish in the air fryer. Same great flavor as deep-fried, but so much better and healthier. This is a great and easy dinner option.

- In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, and spices. Mix well. This will be your flour coating.
- Dry the flounder filets off with a paper towel, then either soak the flounder in buttermilk or rub some olive oil over the fillets.
- Then press the flour coating over the fillets, and press hard so that the coating adheres. Then use your oil mister and spray VERY GENEROUSLY with olive oil, avocado oil, or any other high heat oil.
- Set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 5 minutes, flip and spray again, and then set the timer for another 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!

- Preheat your air fryer to 350 F.
- Mix the panko/breadcrumbs and the ranch dressing mix together. Add in the oil and keep stirring until the mixture becomes loose and crumbly.
- Dip the fish fillets into the egg, letting the excess drip off.
- Dip the fish fillets into the crumb mixture, making sure to coat them evenly and thoroughly.
- Place into your air fryer carefully.
- Cook for 12-13 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.

- If using frozen fish fillets, defrost them. Drizzle with olive oil, and make sure that the fish is well coated with oil.
- In a shallow dish, mix the bread crumbs with paprika, chili powder, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
- Coat each fish fillet in bread crumbs, and transfer to your air fryer basket.
- Cook in the air fryer at 390°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes. After the first 8-10 minutes, open the air fryer and flip the fish fillets on the other side then continue cooking.

- Spread an ample amount (around 3-4 tablespoons) of blackening spice to the bottom of a large plate. Place each fish fillet on the spice-filled plate and coat both sides of the fish with the spice until it is fully covered on all sides with the spice.
- Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with cooking spray and then carefully place the fish fillets in the bottom of the air fryer basket with a spatula. Spray the top of each piece of fish with a light coating of cooking spray and close up the air fryer.
- Set your air fryer to cook for 4 minutes at 400*F. Take the basket from the air fryer, use your spatula to flip each flounder fillet over to the other side, place the air fryer basket back in the air fryer, and cook for another 4 minutes at 400*F.
- Check to make sure that the internal temperature of your fish reaches 145*F before removing from the air fryer. Allow the fish to cool for 1-2 minutes before removing the pieces from the air fryer, garnishing, and serving while still warm!

Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Mix bread crumbs and oil together in a bowl. Stir until mixture becomes loose and crumbly.
- Dip fish fillets into the egg; shake off any excess. Dip fillets into the bread crumb mixture; coat evenly and fully.
- Lay coated fillets gently in the preheated air fryer. Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 12 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices.
