AIR-FRYER S'MORES CRESCENT ROLLS

- Preheat air fryer to 300°. Unroll crescent dough; separate into 8 triangles. Place 1 teaspoon Nutella at the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle with graham crackers, chocolate chips and marshmallows; roll up., In batches, arrange rolls, point side down, in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Curve to form crescents. Cook until golden brown, 8-10 minutes. In a microwave, warm remaining Nutella to reach a drizzling consistency; spoon over rolls. Serve warm.

I know everyone likes s'mores, but I am a s'mores freak. When it's not possible to use a fire outside, I "roast" marshmallows on a fork over my kitchen burner, which is not ideal. Air fryers change the game: they cook the outside to golden brown perfection and the inside to the perfect gooeyness.

- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Place the marshmallow inside and set the timer for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, place the graham cracker squares hole-side down on a plate and top one with the chocolate. After the marshmallow has cooked for 2 minutes, open the air fryer and place both graham squares inside. Roll the marshmallow onto the plain graham square and cook 1 minute more.
- Transfer the graham squares to a plate with a spatula, then sandwich them and eat while the s'more is still warm and gooey.
AIR FRYER SALTY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE S'MORES
S'mores are very high on my list of favorite foods, but the item that likely takes the top spot is a chocolate chip cookie. I like for it to be, slightly salty, crunchy on the outermost edges but almost raw in the center, which if you think about it, is a very similar structure to that of a s'more. The key is to pick soft cookies because they will crunch up a little in the air fryer. And don't sleep on the chip! It will balance out the sweetness and help keep the chocolate and cookie butter inside.

I've been craving bacon in s'mores, but if we are being honest, adding only bacon felt like a little bit of a cop out. Elvis-inspired flavors seemed like the natural next step and in many ways, they act as the perfect s'mores "supporting actors." The bacon adds saltiness, the peanut butter amplifies the crunch factor and the bananas add to the gooeyness.
