AIR FRYER FROZEN EGG ROLLS
There's several things which affect how the frozen egg rolls cook. They all vary in size, thickness, type of filling, thickness & type of wrapper so you'll have to adjust timing. For best and even cooking, don't overcrowd the basket. Fill just an even single layer. Cook in batches if needed.We found it best to initially cook at a lower temperature to heat through the center. Then finish for a few minutes hotter, to crisp the outside of the egg rolls.All air fryers are different and some cook much hotter than others. Once you cook your first batch, you'll know more of what works for your model of air fryer and size of food. These were tested on basket style air fryers. Read more recipe notes below the recipe. Nutrition will vary depending on individual egg roll types.

Steps:
- Place the frozen egg rolls in the air fryer basket and spread out into a single even layer. No oil spray is needed.
- Air Fry at 340°F/170°C for 10 minutes. Flip the egg rolls over.
- Increase heat to 400°F/205°C and Air Fry for another 2-5 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.

- Pour hot water over bean sprouts in a small bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Drain., Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, cook chicken over medium heat until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes, breaking into crumbles. Add green onions, ginger and garlic. Cook 1 minute longer; drain. Stir in 1/2 cup Chinese-style sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce; transfer to a large bowl. Wipe pan clean., In the same pan, cook and stir coleslaw mix, spinach and drained bean sprouts until crisp-tender, 4-5 minutes. Stir into chicken mixture. Cool slightly., Preheat air fryer to 400°. With one corner of an egg roll wrapper facing you, place 1/3 cup filling just below center of wrapper. (Cover remaining wrappers with a damp paper towel until ready to use.) Fold bottom corner over filling; moisten remaining wrapper edges with water. Fold side corners toward center over filling. Roll egg roll up tightly, pressing at tip to seal. Repeat., In batches, arrange egg rolls in a single layer in greased air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown, 8-12 minutes. Turn; spritz with additional cooking spray. Cook golden brown, 4-6 minutes longer. Serve with remaining Chinese-style sauce.

- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the ground chicken, garlic, ginger, scallions, cabbage, carrots, hoisin sauce and soy sauce.
- Arrange the egg roll wrappers on your work surface. Fill a small bowl with water.
- Divide the filling among the wrappers, placing it in the bottom third corner of each wrapper. (The wrappers should be at an angle so that you're rolling from corner to corner.)
- Wet your finger with the water and trace around the border of each wrapper. Beginning at the bottom, fold the wrapper up and over the filling, then fold in the two sides and continue rolling until each egg roll is sealed shut.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then spray the tops of each roll. Working in batches, air-fry the egg rolls for 12 minutes, flipping them once halfway through.
- Remove the egg rolls from the air fryer and serve them with sweet chili sauce for dipping.

- Lightly coat your air fryer basket and the 4 egg rolls with oil using a pump-spray or brushing the oil on with a pastry brush.
- Air fry the egg rolls at 340 degrees F (170 degrees C) for 5 minutes. Turn the egg rolls and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.

- Mix corn, beans, spinach, jalapeno Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, green chiles, green onions, salt, cumin, and chili powder together in a large bowl for the filling.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper at an angle. Use your finger to lightly moisten all 4 edges with water. Place about 1/4 cup of the filling in the center of the wrapper. Fold 1 corner over filling and tuck in the sides to form a roll. Repeat with remaining wrappers and mist each egg roll with cooking spray.
