EASY AIR FRYER BEEF TACOS
This delicious taco dinner takes minutes to make and is kid-friendly!

Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.
- While it preheats, brown ground beef in a skillet. Add taco seasoning or skillet sauce. Cook until browned.
- Fill shells with ground beef and cheese. Put in air fryer. You will have to cook in batches depending on how big your fryer is.
- Cook 3-4 minutes, until brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately with desired toppings.

- Place in your air fryer and set the temperature to 400 degrees F. for 5 minutes after 5 minutes check your beef to see if it was cooked, all the way through, mine was so I removed, if it is not, mix and add another few minutes.
- Drain the fat, before making tacos with the meat. (if needed)
- Lay down a tortilla, (you can heat it up in the microwave or air fryer), then add a few scoops of taco meat, top with cilantro slaw (see the instructions in the notes below), then garnish with diced tomatoes, sour cream, sliced olives, cilantro, etc.
AIR FRYER CRISPY FISH TACOS WITH SLAW
Unlike most fish taco recipes, the slaw in this recipe is air-fried instead of raw creating a caramelized version which leaves the fish to be the crispy star of the show.

- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray.
- Combine cabbage slaw, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Mix until evenly combined and set aside.
- Mix together flour, cornmeal, and taco seasoning in a separate bowl. Add fish pieces and toss until evenly coated, discarding any remaining seasoning mix. Place in the prepared air fryer basket and mist lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook fish in the preheated air fryer for 5 minutes. Shake the basket, and cook until fish is crispy and flakes easily with a fork, about 5 minutes more. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Place cabbage slaw mixture into the air fryer basket.
- Cook until cabbage is caramelized, about 8 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
- Spoon cabbage onto tortillas and top with fish.

AIR FRYER SHRIMP TACOS
Tender, flavorful shrimp with a slightly caramelized outside and a wonderful coating of tart/creamy/herbal cilantro-lime butter. The warmed flour tortillas are hefty enough to hold the filling without tearing, but if people prefer corn tortillas, they will need two so the filling doesn't make the tortilla tear. Serve tacos with lime wedges.

Steps:
- Combine cabbage, bell peppers, pepitas, lime and 1 tablespoon of the cilantro in a large bowl.
- Combine 2 tablespoons lime juice, 3 tablespoons olive oil, honey, and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt in a small bowl with a whisk. Pour over vegetable mixture and toss to coat evenly. Set aside.
- Preheat an air fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions for 10 minutes.
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and place in a medium bowl with remaining tablespoon olive oil, remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, and pepper; toss to coat shrimp evenly with oil and spices.
- Place shrimp in the preheated basket of the air fryer and cook until shrimp are opaque and lightly golden browned on outside, 8 to 9 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking time.
- When shrimp are finished cooking, immediately transfer to a serving bowl with the butter, remaining 2 tablespoons lime juice, lime zest, and remaining tablespoon of cilantro; toss to melt butter and coat shrimp.
- To serve, place 4 to 5 shrimp in each warmed tortilla, spoon 1/4 cup slaw on shrimp, and top with a pinch of queso fresco and avocado slices.

AIR FRYER INDIAN FRY BREAD RECIPE (NAVAJO TACOS)
This fry bread gives the wonderful crispy texture and then layers it with all your favorite taco toppings.

- In a mixing bowl, combine fry bread dough ingredients with a fork until completely mixed together.
- Divide dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a smooth ball, cover with a towel and set aside.
- Use fingers to press each of the 6 balls into flat discs about 5 inches in diameter. Have the edges be slightly thicker than the centers.
- Pour vegetable oil onto a shallow plate and coat both sides of each piece of the flattened dough in oil, then lay them in the air fryer basket (depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in a couple of shifts).
- Set the temperature on the air fryer to 375 degrees and set the time to 10 minutes, then press start.
- While the dough is in the air fryer, prepare the taco ingredients.

- In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink. Drain, then add in beans, taco seasoning, and salsa. Let simmer for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

- When all fry bread is cooked, serve topped with ground beef mixture and your favorite taco toppings.
